Tom is a healthcare analytics and informatics leader with more than 15 years of experience building reporting systems, improving operational performance, and translating complex data into practical decision-making tools.

His background spans Health Homes, CCBHCs, quality measurement, Power BI development, operational reporting, data governance, workflow design, and large-scale healthcare data management.

Every engagement has a single point of accountability. Tom leads all work directly, with additional support brought in only when needed to expand capacity, provide redundancy, or strengthen delivery.
